This Privacy Policy explains how GamerFrame LLC ("GamerFrame," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gamerframe.gg.

This policy covers the studio website only. Each individual game we develop has its own Privacy Policy that governs gameplay-specific data collection. For our flagship game, see the Finesse Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Email address — if you contact us at support@gamerframe.gg, send a press inquiry, or apply for a job. Used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share email lists.
Inquiry content — whatever you tell us in your message. We retain inquiries as long as necessary to respond and follow up.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Server logs — IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, user-agent strings. Standard web-server logs, retained no longer than 90 days unless required for security investigation.
Cookies — this site uses no third-party tracking cookies and runs no analytics platforms. We do not set advertising cookies of any kind.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any third-party advertising tracker.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.

Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
Respond to inquiries (support, press, partnerships, careers).
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers. Hosting (DigitalOcean) and email-delivery infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GamerFrame, our players, or the public.
Business transfers. If GamerFrame is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the successor entity.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Inquiry email is retained as long as necessary to follow up. Server logs are deleted within 90 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@gamerframe.gg. We will respond within 30 days.

5.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

5.2 European Economic Area / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful bases for processing are legitimate interests (responding to your inquiry, security) and consent (where provided). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

GamerFrame is based in California, United States. If you access this website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Payment Processing

If you make a voluntary contribution to support our work, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our third-party payment processor. We do not store, process, or have direct access to your full payment card details.

Provided directly to Stripe by you: payment card details, billing information (if requested), and any data needed to complete the transaction. This data is collected and processed by Stripe; we never see it.
Received by us from Stripe: your name (as provided at checkout), email address, contribution amount, transaction ID, date of payment, the country associated with the payment method, and a partial card descriptor (such as the last 4 digits and card brand).
Not received by us: your full card number, CVV/CVC, or full expiration date.

We use this information solely to (a) confirm and reconcile transactions, (b) issue receipts, (c) respond to support inquiries, (d) maintain accounting records as required by law, and (e) handle refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.

Stripe's collection and processing of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. By initiating a contribution, you consent to Stripe's collection and processing of your data per their terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective date" above.
